Had planned on a ride today but was too wet and I didn't want "skunk back" so I decided to see how a run would go.  Went about like I figured it would...lots of walking and sore calves but I finished it. Wasn't honestly as bad as I expected though :)

Garmin Connect  Ran with Astrid down to the trail today. She's almost over her cold but still fighting it. Was a little chilly at 35 deg. still but at least the sun was shining :)
