Definitely could have waiting till tomorrow when the morning temps are supposed to be 20 deg. cooler than the 75 deg. and humid we have today but I wanted to get that run out of the way so I can enjoy the rest of the weekend with golf, fishing, and general relaxation.
Happy Labor Day everyone! Get out there and run for your health, for fun, and weight loss and/or weight loss maintenance as I do. If you don't think you can run, walk, if you don't think you can walk, ride...but do something! You will thank yourself everyday as you get healthier and generally feel better day by day!
