This is going to be a long training season if I can't get my head back around the longer runs again. I seem to be getting lazy and running for more than an hour doesn't feel natural at the moment. Something better than 5 deg. probably wouldn't hurt either but in years past that never seemed to bother me. Oh well, it's early yet :O)

I must say I would love to be running somewhere in Scottsdale right now instead of this but hey, it's still part of God's beautiful world and I love being able to get out and share it with him no matter the weather! Wish someone would plow a single path down the Paul Henry Trail for the winter though so we could still use it better.

What a beautiful day to be "out of shape". It still amazes me how long it takes to get into shape but how little time it takes to get out of shape! Going to be a long January as I prepare to get ready to start 5th third training again in February. Sunshine on the order for today so we need to enjoy it! Winter will be back soon!
