Well I am still looking for something to track my adsense program clicks without violating the TOS and doesn't cost $97! I have implemented all the tweaks I have found so far on my site and I have to admit that it works if you listen to what people say about placement. I have been able to increase my click through rates dramatically after all the tweaks (about a 6 fold increase so far) and I look forward to doing more with it.
