If you are a Steven King fan and have been waiting for a new release of the best kind of horror ever produced, then your wait is over. Even if you aren't already a Steven King movie fan, 1408 Movie promises to be a blockbuster of the horror scene as soon as it's released. Steven King has a way of weaving a story like no one else does and it promises to be a nail biter all the way through.
The crux of the story is about a dedicated father (John Cusack) who loses his daughter and then spends years trying to find proof of the supernatural. He has all but given up and denounces the existence of life beyond this one, when he recieves information about a the Dolphin Hotel which is run by a man (Samuel Jackson) who tells him about room 1408.
He is informed that 56 people have died in this room and that no one has lasted more than an hour inside of it. Of course the thought of finding what he has been searching for is too much to resist and he gladly enters room 1408. The fun begins! He ends up being exposed to more than he wishes for and then the movie really begins to twist.
The 1408 Movie promises to deliver some fantastic imagery and suspense like no one but Steven King can deliver! Thrills abound in this one.
