Internet and computer tracking software - protect your kids

As a parent of now grown children, and always having had multiple computers and users in our home, I know how important is to be able to at least monitor some of the activity that they were participating in online. I can remember thinking that I was far to computer savvy to be fooled into thinking that "my kids" wouldn't be able to get around me not knowing what they were up to. Well let me tell you, they find ways and learn faster than you might want to think, and the amount of things that are not safe for them but yet easily available for access on the internet is scary to say the least.

With that being said, enter the need for
keystroke recorder software. Spectorsoft makes a full line of keystroke recorder software packages that can be used both in the corporate and home environments. At first I used to think that it was none of my business what the kids were doing online and they needed their privacy. While I respect their privacy, the fact is that I'm responsible for their actions as long as they live in my home and anything they might get into, illegal or otherwise, would become my responsibility if the worst happened.

Not only that, but it's our responsibility as parents to protect them from themselves as long as we can. So, I don't look at
keystroke recorder software as an invasion of their privacy, but more as a deterrent if they know everything they do online is going to be monitored. If you want to protect your kids online these days, you have get beyond thinking that they aren't smarter than you, and do what it takes to keep them safe from the activities and dangers lurking every where on the internet.
