There are a number of easy things you can do around your own home with regard to fitness such as aerobics and weight training which can be done with many available video tapes or dead weights which are available in most stores. You can also readily purchase additional equipment such as a treadmill or weight machine to help you with your fitness program.
Some form of dieting should also be a part of any fitness program and the types of diets that promote a slow and steady weight loss are the best. Weight loss programs that advocate fast loss will work for "weeks" but typically don't work for the long haul because it is very difficult to stick too. Do your self a favor and get going today, even if it's with a short walk, but start with something. You body will love you for it.
