Do you need to change your life?


Sometimes people assume that others are perceiving things, processing information, and learning in the same way that they do. Invest in your people. Many companies say their people are number one. Working a plan is much easier than most people realize when you address these five questions. When evaluating their needs for training & people development, most businesses send their “key” people to one or more days “standard” seminar- on site or off site.

A bio of a coach should be individuals who themselves possess the key principles that make them powerful in the particular arena they offer coaching. True coaches do not give advice or lend their opinions. The biggest problem is that most coaches don’t treat their coaching as a business, therefore they either never make it profitable, or they never make it successful enough to live on. Business coaches also work with business owners who are already successful. Business coaching is for businesses that want to benefit from a fresh point of view provided by professional coaches who offer an unbiased opinion about the business, and give the right kind of advice without any ulterior motives. Business coaches do not always come cheap, but they are an investment worth making as their effectiveness is well proven in the long run.

One of the beautiful things about coaching is that it addresses the client as whole and complete person. Sometimes, this assignment will save my client thousands of dollars or create unforeseen revenue streams. Again, the objective is to have a client who becomes totally self sufficient. The relationship between coach and client is one of total confidentiality, so you can speak completely openly without worrying about office politics or watching your back.

Although the coach is encouraged to offer advice, opinions, and suggestions, the final decision of accepting or declining what is offered rests with the client who has the ultimate responsibility for action. The nature of the relationship between the coach and the client is a partnership, where in the two come together to choose the focus, format, and desired outcomes of their work.
