Credit Cards - Tool or debt creator?

We've all been in the situation. That brand new "something" presents itself, the savings are low, but you felt you just had to have it. So what did you do? Well if you were smarter than the average person, you resisted the urge and moved on to something else. But what if you didn't?

If you didn't, you just became like a very large number of people who fall into to the trap of credit debt every year. There's nothing wrong with credit cards. Credit cards are a very safe way to make purchases, especially online, as they offer you many options and rewards, and even protection from theft and fraud.

Credit cards are not the "root of all evil" like many people want to say.
Credit cards are just what they claim to be, an easy, convenient, and safe way to purchase consumer goods and services. The user of the card is the determining factor when it comes to whether credit cards can be good or bad things. If you can't afford the payment or misuse the cards, they become things that are not good for us. If they are used wisely and in a way that is beneficial, they can become very good things. One way I like to use credit cards is for debt reduction. There are dangers to this but if done correctly it can be a useful tool. You can read more on this here: Debt Management.
